2. User Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid Google account.

3. Google Calendar Access

• We request permission to read only busy-time blocks.
• No event titles, descriptions, or invitees are accessed or stored.
• We request permission to create events only with your confirmation.
• You may revoke access anytime via Google Account permissions.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service or interfere with others.
• No unauthorised access attempts.
• No illegal, harmful, or abusive use.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and branding are owned by WHENN and protected by law. Unauthorised copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

Service provided “as is”; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy of suggestions. You are responsible for confirming any plans made via the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the previous 12 months.
